Carla Regina is the founder and artistic leader of the foundation.

Voice, Actually has a steady team of professionals working on each project in art, marketing, and promotion fields.

The Foundation has been funded and sponsored from 2009 (year of its birth) among others by Amsterdam Fonds voor de Kunst, Italian Cultural Institute in the Netherlands, Sns Reaal Bank, M.A.O.C Gravin van Bylandt Stichting, Kattendijke/Drucker Stichting, KFHein Fonds, and private and public donations
